CIS RECEIPT DELAYS: Despite their tremendous increase in most filing fees starting July 30, 2007, CIS today advises foreign national applicants that, due to a tremendous increase in the number of applications filed, processing of fee payments and entry of cases and issuance of receipt notices is behind schedule.
