Thank you for visiting the Huynh Law Firm. My name is Ben D. Huynh, the firm’s managing partner. After practicing for ten-plus years exclusively in U.S. immigration law with two leading U.S. immigration law firms and as in-house immigration counsel for Motorola Inc., a Fortune 200 company, I have started an immigration law firm dedicated to first-class service for our clients in Texas, across the United States and worldwide based on the following principles:

Due to our expertise, experience with high volume and minimal overhead costs, we can offer flat-rate legal fees that are, on average, approximately ten to twenty percent lower than other leading U.S. immigration law firms. Also, we conveniently include basic expenses such as photocopies, mailing costs and long-distance domestic calls in our legal fees, so you will neither be surprised by additional billings nor need to make additional payments. Direct Contact with an Immigration Attorney

In my ten-plus years of experience, I have consulted with many frustrated foreign nationals who informed me they could only communicate with their former law firm’s legal assistant assigned to their case or to the attorney’ secretary, but never with the attorney! As a client of the Huynh Law Firm, you will always communicate and talk directly with an immigration attorney during your petition/application process. Also our attorneys will always promptly return your phone calls and answer your e-mails.
